Most of you know me as a foodie who likes to develop recipes, but I am also a certified Yoga teacher with extra training in Restorative Yoga available to teach private yoga lessons and breathwork classes.
I have taught at studios and privately with happy clients. I can teach privately one-on-one, in couples and in group classes. I teach in Vancouver, B.C.
My focus is on more gentle yoga and I am flexible to people’s needs. I am very conscious of modifications for injuries. I can teach the following yoga styles: Restorative Yoga and Arkaya breathwork yoga ( a style that is very gentle with many breathing techniques as well as gentle stretches, like a shower for the inside out!) as well as Hatha yoga.
